We had a very chilled half hour in Ruby Lounge before being escorted to the lift, and then a separate escalator for business class down to the platform.
Business class a real bargain, about £30 for the 4 hour journey to Butterworth, includes lunch.

Transfer from Butterworth to Georgetown by ferry.
